I had an experience where I was very shook today as a man came on one of my live classes on @actiodaily and made insinuating comments.
It’s been a while since I experienced it in such a degree that it effected me in this way .
I sat with it after being so deeply supported by the audience present, I was able to carry through the class .
& another woman facilitator said that it happens to her a lot to.
Has this happened to you?
let it flow from us and send it back to love.
Allow this to be a reminder that there is so much healing that gets to happen for the feminine in our collective ..
So many of us are disconnected from the very place that brought us into this world. & misuse the life force creation energy that brought us here in the first place.
& I feel it so this separation from source …through internal shame and guilt. Confusion about this primal energy & our own bodies
Let this be a point of contemplation and reflection today & I may lose some of you and it’s ok ♥️

Many men have experienced being called a “pu. $$y” many men have experienced so much social programming that separated them from their own feminine.
A reflection on the partition that is taking place in many beings between the two polarities . One must not embody the other attached with our physical form.
If we were all in touch with this $3.

And find compassion in each polarities complexes we can begin to merge together and that is when the feminine can truly heal.
We are dancing in an eternal illusion of separation.
The non binary consciousness isnt just about dismantling gender identification. My queer trans gender /non confirming siblings we have such a bigger role to play in the rebirth of new Humanity in this world . Can you surrender to that?
Cis- identified people keep showing up and be curious this doesn’t take any of your power away. In fact let it be a source of expansion. Gently strip the fear out of the Union that gets to happen in the collective
It’s easier to dishonor something we feel disconnected from.
